Now that we have an itty-bitty baby in the house it sure makes Easton seem so much older and bigger! He has been doing GREAT with bedtime. I think we've finally gotten over the need to get out of bed a million times. He still tries to have us stay in his room as long as possible - his latest tactic is saying, "I want to talk to you about something." Then he'll continue on to either tell us about his day at school or else he'll completely make up a story involving getting stuck in hot lava. He's pretty funny! He is also doing really well at school. We received his progress report and he's doing good in all areas. It's funny to compare it to his progress report from 6 months ago when we had a different teacher. Totally different results...and for the better!
Easton also finally has Raya's name down. :) That didn't take too long.g Although this morning he asked me if her name will change to Ivy when she's older. haha. Oh the thought process of little minds :)
Easton's also been spending a lot of time with Jake lately as I have to spend a lot of my time with Raya (feeding, changing, etc.. etc..) so it's definitely a change of pace at our house and it's definitely a challenge to split my time evenly with the two kiddos right now. I'm sure that'll get easier as she gets older.
Superheros are Easton's new thing lately...especially superman. He loves to wear his superman cape and run around the house and "fly." Whenever he tells a story everything is "super duper ____" He also has super duper fast socks. He has to make sure he has super duper fast socks on everyday because of how much he love love loves to run!
